Chap. 217.—An ACT for the Relief of R. A. Wright.
Approved March 25, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the audi-
tor of public accounts be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to issue his warrant on the treasury, payable out of
any money therein not otherwise appropriated, in favor of

2. A. Wright, for the sum of twenty-five dollars and seventy-
five cents, the amount paid by said Wright as taxes errone-
ously, assessed.

. This act shall be in force from its passage.
