Chap. 20.—JOINT RESOLUTION providing that holders of 5 per
cent. Registered State Stock may fund the same into 6 per cent. atock
under the provisions of the act of March 80, 1871, as amended b
act of March 7, 1872, at the rate of five-sixths of two-thirds of suc
stock and interest as of first July, 1871.

Resolved by the general assembly, That the holders of
registered state stock bearing five per centum interest may
fund the same into six per centum stock, under the provi-
sions of the act of March thirtieth, eighteen hundred and
seventy-one, amended by the act of March seventh, eighteen
hundred and seventy-two: provided, that the amount thus
funded into six per centum stock, shall be at the rate of five-
sixths of two-thirds of such five per centum stock and in-
terest as of July first, eighteen hundred and seventy-one.
