Chap. 19.—An ACT for the relief of H. H. Wyer, of the county of
Fauquier.

Approved January 5, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby author-
ized and directed to issue his warrant payable out of an
money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to H. i.
Wyer, the sum of sixty dollarn erroneously assessed in the
year eighteen hundred and seventy-one, upon the school pro-
perty of the said H. H. Wyer.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
