Chap. 143.—An ACT to prescribe the Times for Holding the Courts of
the Second Judicial Circuit.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That section two of the act, approved March twenty-seven,
eighteen hundred ‘and seventy-four, entitled an act to pre-
scribe the times for holding the circuit ccurts of this com-
monwealth, and to repeal the fifteenth section of the hun-
dred and fifty-fifth chapter of the Code of eighteen hundred
and seventy-three, be amended and re-enacted so as to read
as follows:
§ 2. Nottoway—April first and September twenty-eighth.
Dinwiddie—April seventh and October fifth.
Brunswick—April fifteenth and October fifteenth.
Greenesville—April twenty-third and October twenty-fifth.
Sussex—April thirtieth and November first.
Prince George—May fifth and November fifth.
Chesterfield—May tenth and November twelfth.
Petersburg—May thirtieth and December first.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
