Chap. 14.—JOINT RESOLUTION suspending the timé of payment

‘of certain judgments against John H. Snodgrass and his sureties, late
collector of Robinson township, Wise county, Virginia, till firat day
of June, 1876. ,

Approved December 19, 1874.

Rerolved (the house of delegates concurring), That the
execution of the judgments in favor of the commonwealth
against John H. Snodgrass, laté collector of Robinson town-
ship, Wise county, Virginia, and his securities, the assent of
his sureties being first obtained, be and the same are hereby
suspended; and the said collector, or his sureties, are hereby
given the further time till the first day of June, eighteen
hundred and seventy-five, to pay said judgments; and sales
heretofore directed, by any court, of the real property of the
said Snodgrass, are hereby suspended until the said first day
of June, eighteen hundred and seventy-five. But nothing
herein contained shall be so construed as to impair any liens
created by said judgments on the property of said Snod.
