Chap. 131.—An ACT for the Relief of William E. Grigsby, Township
. Collector of King George County.

Approved March 1, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the auditor of public accounts is hereby authorized
and directed to remit the collection of any further interest
or damages imposed upon William E. Grigsby, late collector
of Potomac township,;in King George county, and his sure-
ties, by the county court of said county at its August term,
eighteen hundred and seventy-four, the said William E.
Grigsby having paid to said auditor the principal amounts,
and interest thereon at six per centum, and costs of the re-
spective judgments against them.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
