Chap. 130.—An ACT to release Certain Purchasers of the DeTubeuf
Lands, in the County of Wise, from the Payment of Interest from
January 1, 1862, to January 1, 1872, inclusive.

Approved March 1, 1875.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly, That all pur-
chasers of Jands from the state of Virginia, known as the
DeTubeuf lands, in the county of Wise, be and they are
hereby released from the payment to the state of any in.
terest on any unpaid sums due the state on account of such
purchases, accruing between the first day of January, eigh.
teen hundred and sixty-two, and first of January, eighteen
hundred and seventy-two, inclusive, that being the time the
state had no commission to receive the same.

2. This act shall be in force from and after its passage.
