Chap. 13.-An ACT to amend and re-enact section 14 of chapter 155 of
the Code of 1878, as amended, in relation to the terms of the circuit
courts.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That section
fourteen of chapter one hundred: and fifty-five of the Code of
eighteen hundred and seventy-three, as amended by an act
approved April ninth, eighteen hundred and seventy-four,
entitled an act amending sections eleven and fourteen of
chapter one hundred and fifty-five of the Code of eighteen
hundred and seventy-three, in relation to the terms of the
circuit and chancery courts of the city of Richmond, be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 14. In every year there shall be three regular terms of
the circuit court in each county of this state, and in the city
of Richmond, except as may hereafter be provided by law;
and special terms may be held as now provided by law.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
