Chap. 126.—An ACT to repeal sections 47, 48, 49, 50, and 51 of the
Code, 1873, in relation to Fishing in Clinch River.

Approved February 28, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That sections
forty-seven, forty-eight, forty-nine, fifty, and fifty-one of
chapter one hundred of the Code of Virginia, edition of
eighteen hundred and seventy-three, in relation to fishing in
Clinch river, be and the same are hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
