Chap. 119.—An ACT to authorize the Episcopal Female Institute at
Winchester to Berrow Moncey.

Approved February 28, 1875.

1. Be it enacted by tho general assembly, That the Epis-
copal Female Institute at Winchester, -Virgirfia, be and is
hereby authorized to borrow, from time to time, a sum or
sums of money not to exceed in the aggregate the sum of
twenty thousand dollars, and at a rate of interest not to ex-
ceed eight per centum por annum; that for said sum or gums
of money the said institute is hereby authorized to issue
bonds, signed by the president and countersigned by the
treasurer, and secured by trust or otherwise upon the pro-
perty, real and personal, or either, now owned or hereafter
acquired by the said corporation.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
