Chap. 99.—An ACT to repeal an Act Entitled an Act for the Protection
of Fish in the Blackwater River and its Tributaries, approved March
21, 1872.

Approved February 25, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That /
an act for the protection of fish in the Blackwater river and its
tributaries, approved March twenty-one, eighteen hundred and
seventy-two, be and the same is hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
