Chap. 78.—An ACT for the Payment of the Funeral Expenses of Wm. 8.
Rohr, late an Officer of the Senate.

Approved February 15, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be and he is hereby authorized and required
to issue his warrant upon the treasury in favor of Mrs. Ella
Rohr for the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, payable out
of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, for
the payment of the funeral expenses of William S. Rohr, late
an officer of the senate of Virginia.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
