Chap. 390.—JOINT RESOLUTION Directing the Superintendent of
Public Printing to Print Two Thousand Copies of the Act to Regulate
and Define the Jurisdiction of the Circuit and County Courts, the Act
Relating to Certain Bonds and Recognizances and the Act in Refer-
ence to Criminal Prosecutions in certain Cases, &c.

Approved April 2, 1873.

Resolved, by the general assembly, That the superintendent
of public printing be and he is hereby directed to have printed,
together, two thousand copies of the act to regulate and define
the jurisdiction of the circuit and county courts and the act
amendatory thereof, the act in reference to certain bonds and
recognizances, and the act in reference to criminal prosecu-
tions in certain cases, so soon as it can be done; and the sec-
retary of the commonwealth shall immediately distribute the
same as acts of the general assembly are required to be dis-
tributed. .
