Chap. 365.—An ACT to Authorize the District School Boards of Wythe
and Bedford Counties to apply Unexpended District Funds to the Pay-
ment of Teachers’ Salaries.

Approved April 2, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the district
school boards for each of the school districts of Wythe and
Bedford counties be and they are hereby authorized and em-
powered to apply any surplus or unexpended district school
fundstin their hands for the years eighteen hundred and seventy-
one and eighteen hundred and seventy-two, to the payment of
teachers’ salaries in said districts for the year eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-two.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
