Chap. 354.—An ACT to Amend and Re-enact the Act approved March
2ist, 1872, to Fix the Times for Holding the Circuit Courts of the
State.
Approved April 2, 1873.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That it shall be
lawful for the Circuit court judges of this commonwealth,
until the times for holding the terms of their respective courts
shall be prescribed by law, to fix the time for holding such
terms. . And it shall be the duty of said judges to file with
the clerk of the house of delegates information of the times so
fixed, who shall cause notice thereof to be given by publication
in the political newspapers published in the city of Richmond
twice a week for one month. :
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
