Chap. 346.—An ACT to Authorize the Chesterfield Land and Improve-
ment Company to build Wharves.

Approved April 1, 1673.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the Ches-
terfield Land and Improvement Company, and their several
assigns, are authorized to build wharves in front of and ad-
joining their property on the southwesterly side of James
river, in Chesterfield county, and to extend them to the naviga-
ble channel of the river.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
