Chap. 33.—An ACT to Declare New River, from the County Line between
Giles and Pulaski Counties, to the County Line between Giles and
Mercer Counties, a Lawful Fence.

Io force January 16, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
New river, from the county line between Giles and Pulaski
counties, to the county line between Giles and Mercer coun-
ties, be, and the same is hereby declared, a lawful fence.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
