Chap. 326.—An ACT for the Relief of Joel L. Walker, Administrator of
the Estate of David Bruce, deceased.

Approved March 81, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be and he is hereby authorized and required
to issue his warrant on the treasury, payable out of any money
therein not otherwise appropriated, in favor of Joel L. Walker,
administrator of the estate of David Bruce, deceased, or his
legal representatives, for the sum of eighty dollars and forty-
seven cents, that being the amount of taxes for the years eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-one and eighteen hundred and seventy-
two, on certain lots, &c., in the county of Prince Edward, which
were erroneously assessed against the said Joel L. Walker,
administrator, &c., and which were paid by him into the treas:
ury of the commonwealth.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
