Chap. 259.—An ACT to make James River a Lawful Fence in the County
of Amherst.
Approved March 28, 1873.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
James river be declared and is hereby made a lawful fence from
the Bald Eagle dam, on said river, to Waugh’s ferry, on the
same, in the county of Amherst. ,
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
