Chap. 250.—An ACT to Authorize the Board of Directors of the Western
Lunatic Asylum to Convey a certain lot or parcel of Land to William B.
Kayser, of the City of Staunton.

Approved March 27, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the board of ¢
directors of the Western Lunatic Asylum be and they are
hereby authorized and directed, upon the payment of the pur-.¥
chase money, to cause to be conveyed to William B. Kayser, \ :
subject to the terms of a contract made by the executive com- ®
mittee of said asylum with said Kayser, April nineteenth,
eighteen hundred and sixty-six, all right, title or interest held
by the commonwealth of Virginia in a certain lot or parcel of
land, containing about three-fourths of an acre, and lying near

the city of Staunton, in the county of Augusta, and more par-
ticularly described in said contract.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
