Chap. 238..—An ACT for the Relief of A. W. Vaughan, Collector of Fran-
cisco Township, in Buckingham County, in the year 1871.
In force March 26, 1878.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That A. W.
Vaughan, collector of taxes for the year eighteen hundred and
seventy-one, in Francisco township, in the county of Bucking-
ingham, be allowed to prepare and cause to be certified by the
county court of Buckingham, as soon as: practicable after the
passage of this act, an insolvent list supplementary to the one
heretofore returned by him of taxes for the year eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-one, which shall include such insolvent per-
sons and such tracts of delinquent land as were by mistake
omitted from such former list.
2. When said list shall have been so certified, the auditor of
public accounts is hereby requizxed to refund to the said A. W.
Vaughan the amount of state revenue embraced in said sup-
plemental insolvent list, and the board of supervisors of said
county shall refund to the said A. W. Vaughan the amount of
county levy therein embraced.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
