Chap. 225.—An ACT for the Relief of Ann Sipe, of Lickinghole Town-
ship, in Goochland County.
In force March 25, 1873.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Ann Sipe, of
Lickinghole township, in the county of Goochland, is hereby
relieved from the payment of damages and interest on the
judgment recovered against her in the county court of said
county, by the commonwealth, on her bond given as security
for Robert M. Mooney, collector of Lickinghole township, in
said county, and that she be allowed four years to pay the
amount of said bond, paying one-fourth of it each year, bear-
ing legal interest until paid.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
