Chap. 223.—An ACT to Repeal the 60th and 61st Sections of an Act
entitled an Act Imposing Taxes for the Support of Government and
Free Schools, and to Pay the Interest on the Public Debt.

Ia force March 25, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That.
the sixtieth and sixty-first sections of an act entitled an act
imposing taxes for the support of government and free schools,
and to pay the interest on the public debt, be and the same are
hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
