Chap. 197.—An ACT to Amend and Re-enact the first Section of an Act
approved April 2nd, 1870, to District the State for County Judges,

Approved March 20, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That section one
of the act approved April second, eighteen hundred and sev-
enty, entitled an act to district the state for county judges, be
amended and re enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That for each
of the following counties and districts there shall be one
county judge:
. Accomack.
. Albemarle.
. Alleghany and Craig.
