Chap. 18.—An ACT to Repeal an Act Authorizing the Supervisors of_Cer-
tain Counties to Impose a Tax on Dogs.

In force December 26, 1872.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
chapter one hundred and seventy-seven of the acts of the gene-
ral assembly, approved March thirteenth, eighteen hundred
and seventy-two, entitled an act to authorize the supervisors of
certain counties to impose a tax on dogs, be, and the same 18
hereby, repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
