Chap. 179.—An ACT for the Relief of John W. Myers, of Highland
County.
In force March 14, 1873.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts is hereby authorized and re-
quired to issue his warrant on the treasury, payable out of any
money therein not otherwise appropriated, in favor of John
W. Myers, of Highland county, or his legal representatives,
for the sum of fifty dollars, that being the amount of a fine
imposed upon him by the county court of Highland county,
at the August term of said court, in eighteen hundred and
seventy.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
