Chap. 164.—An ACT to Amend the 7th Section of an Act entitled an
Act to Incorporate the Gordonsville and Chester's Gap Railroad Com-
pany, Approved March 15, 1871. .

Approved March 13, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the seventh section of an act entitled an act to incorporate the
Gordonsville and Chester’s Gap railroad company, be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 7. The work on the said Gordonsville and Chester's Gap
railroad shall be commenced within three years, and the same
be completed within six years from the passage of this amenda-
tory act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
