Chap. 154.—An ACT to Amend and Re-enact Section Seven of an Act in
force March 26th, 1872, entitled an Act to Incorporate the; Old Do-
minion Construction Company.

In force March 11, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the seventh
section of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Old Do.
minion Construction Company, in force on thetwenty-sixth day |
of March, eighteen hundred and seventy-two, be amended and |
re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 7. The principal office of said company shall be at Richmond, |
with as many other offices as its business may require; but the |
stockholders, in general meeting assembled, may, from time to '
time, change the location of the principal office to such other
place as they may select.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
