1. Resolved by the general assembly, That the consent of o
the state of Virginia is hereby given to the Berlin Bridge Com- §
pany, incorporated by act passed by the general assembly of 2
Maryland at January session, eighteen hundred and seventy, rf
to build a bridge across the Potomac river to a point in the 4
county of Loudoun opposite Berlin, Frederick county, state of
Maryland.
