Chap. 118.—An ACT to Authorize the Liberty and Rocky Mount Narrow
Gauge Railroad Company to Extend its Road from Rocky Mount to
the North Carolina Line. .

Approved March 6, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That it shall be
lawful for the president, directors and company of the Liberty
and Rocky Mount narrow gauge railroad to extend the said
road from the town of Rocky Mount, in the county of Frank.
lin, through the counties of Henry and Patrick, or either of!
them, to such point on the North Carolina line as the said
company may determine.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
