Chap. 115.—An ACT to Amend and Re-enact the third Section of the Act
passed July 9th, 1870, Incorporating the Fairfax County Narrow Gauge
Elevated Railroad Company.

Approved March 6, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the third c
section of the act approved July ninth, eighteen hundred and
seventy, incorporating the Fairfax County Narrow Gauge Ele- ¢
vated Railroad Company, be amended and re-enacted so as to 4
read as follows:

§ 3. Provided, further, that said railroad shall be commenced v¥
within three years from the passage of this amendatory act, ?
and be finished within four years from the time of commencing 4
from Fairfax courthouse to either Vienna or Falls church, and
within five years to Aqueduct bridge, Georgetown, or Long
bridge, or Fairfax station, or Manassas junction, or some point
between, on the Orange, Alexandria and Manassas railroad.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage. Cc
