Chap. 106.—An ACT to Repeal an Act passed May 19th, 18: 52, entitled
an Act to Provide for the Election of Certain Otfticers of the City of
Norfolk by the Qualified Voters thereof.

Approved February 26, 1873.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the act
passed May nineteenth, eighteen hundred and fifty-two, enti-
tled an act to provide for the election of certain officers of the
city of Norfolk by the qualified voters thereof, be and the
same is hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passaze.
