Chap. 10.—An ACT to Repeal an Act entitled ‘* An Act to provide for the
payment of Interest on the Public Debt,” in force March nineteen, eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-two.

Appreved December 28, 1872.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That chapter one
hundred and sixty-six of the acts of assembly of eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-one and seventy-two, entitled “an act to pro-
vide for the payment of interest on the public debt,” in force
March the nineteenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-two, be
and the same is hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
