Chap. 825.—An ACT to Authorize the District School Board of Speed-
well District, in the County of Wythe, to iPP'y Unappropriated Dis-
trict Funds to the Payment of Teachers’ Salaries

Approved March 23, 1872.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the district
school board for the Speedwell school district, in the county of
Wythe, be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to
apply any surplus or unexpended district school funds in their
hands, for the scholastic year of eighteen hundred and seventy-
one and seventy-two, to the payment of teachers’ salaries in
said district.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
