Chap. 68.—An ACT for the Relief of Simon Hirsh.

In force February 7, 1872.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor:
of public accounts be, and he is hereby, authorized and re-
quired to remit u fine amounting to fifty dollars imposed upon
Simon Hirsh by the corporation court of Fredericksburg, at
its February term, eighteen hundred and seventy one; but.
nothing in this act shall be construed as relieving said Hirsh
from the payment of any costs which may have been adjudged
geminst. him in said court.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
