Chap. 64.—An ACT for the Relief of Thomas Davis, an Infant of Greene
County.
Approved February 3, 1872.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the second auditor is hereby authorized and directed to issue
his warrant on the treasury, payable out of any money therein
not otherwise appropriated, in favor of J. G. Field and J. L.
Kemper, special commissioners in the case of Durrett against
Davis, Henshaw, &c., or the one acting, who shall have exe-
cuted his bond as required by a decree of the circuit court of
Greene county, at its November term, 1871, for the sum of
nine hundred and fifty-two dollars, that being the amount due
said Thomas Davis of unpaid interest on registered stock.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
