Chap. 58.—An ACT Requiring Clerks of Courts to Furnish County Su-
pervisors with Copies of Court Orders and Allowances that are Payable
ont of the County Treasury, and Requiring Supervisors to Levy a Tax
tu Pay the Same.

Approved February 2, 1872.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That it shall be
the duty of the clerks of the circuit and county courts to fur-
mish to the supervisors of their counties. on or before the day
on which the supervisors meet to make the county levy, copies
of all orders and allowances made by their respective courts,
directing money to be paid out of the county treasury. And
it shall be the duty of the supervisors to make a levy for the
payment of the same.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
