Chap. 383.—JOINT RESOLUTION in Relation to Mileage of the Mem
bers of the General Assembly for the Present Session.

In force April 8, 1872.

1. Resolved (the house of delegates concurring), That th
nembers of the general assembly are not entitled to mileag
or attendance to the present extra session of the legislature.

2. The clerk of the senate and clerk of the house of del
yates are instructed not to issue certificates for, and the di
yursing officers of the state are instructed not to pay sai
nileage in any case for attendance to the present session.
