City of Richmond.
Approved March 26, 1872.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
‘hereafter in all cases of condemnation of land for the benefit
of corporations, the clerk of the court in which the proceed.
ings are had, shall deliver a certified copy thereof to the plaintif
or any person interested therein, who shall cause the same to be
recorded in the office where deeds and other papers relating to
real estate are recorded; and the clerk so recording the same
shall be entitled to the same fees as are allowed by law for the
recordation of deeds.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
