Chap. 354.—JOINT RESOLUTION for the Appointment of Commis-
sioners to Revise the Laws relating to Oysters, &c.

Approved March 26, 1872.

Resolved by the general assembly, That the governor of the
commonwealth be required to appoint a commission of three
disinterested citizens to revise all the laws relating to the pro-
tection and taxation of oysters, and that they report to the
general assembly, at its next session, such recommendations
and changes as they may deem expedient and proper upon
that subject, with a view to the increase of revenue from that
source.
