Chap. 347.—An ACT for the Relief of John P. Michie.
Approved March 25, 1872.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be and he is hereby directed to pay out of
any money in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to John
P. Michie, of Albemarle county, the sum of fifteen dollars and
twenty-three cents erroneously assessed upon the lands of the
said John P. Michie.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
