Chap. 339.—An ACT Requiring the Second Auditor to Issue Bonds of
the State to Rosser and McAllister.

Approved March 25, 1872.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the second auditor is hereby required and authorized to issue
bonds of the state for two thousand six hundred and twenty-
four dollars and three cents, bearing interest from the passage
of this act, to Rosser and McAllister, or to their legal repre-
sentatives, that being the amount due them for work done on
the Covington and Ohio railroad.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
