Chap. 326.—An ACT for the Relief of the Sureties of George 8. Cady,
late Sheriff of Culpeper County.
Approved March 23, 1872.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
authority is hereby given to the auditor of public accounts to
suspend the collection of the remainder of the judgment
against George S. Cady, late sheriff of Culpeper county, and
Fayette Browning, James T. Millan, T. L. Lewis, George H.
Sheads, Randolph Stallard, and J. C. Gibson, his sureties, for
a period not exceeding nine months: provided, that he is sat-
istied that the same is sufficiently secured.
