Chap. 255.—An ACT to Authorize the Township Board of Tanner's Creek
Township in Norfolk County to use Surplus Funds for the Erection of
Township House.

Approved March 21, 1872.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That it shall be
lawful for the township board of Tanner's Creek Township, in
the county of Norfolk, to expend any balance which may
remain in the hands of the treasurer of said township, after
payment of the township expenses for the year eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-one, for the erection or completion of a house
within said township for the use of the said township: pro-
vided, said amount does not exceed the sum of three hundred
dollars.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
