Chap. 251.—An ACT to Amend and Re-enact Section 4, of an Act ap-
proved Jaly lith, 1870, relating to Fiduciuries, so as to Fix the Fees of
Commissioners of Accc-unt.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That section four a,
of an act approved July eleventh, eighteen hundred and sev-
enty, entitled an act to amend the first, third, fourth, fifth and Ac
seventh sections, of chapter one hundred and ‘thirty. two, of the *
Code of eighteen hundred and sixty, relating to fiduciaries, and
making other provisions concerning the same, be amended and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:
“8 4. The fees of commissioners of accounts, for the special r,
duties hereinbefore imposed upon them, shall be the same as *"
are now allowed by law to other commissioners in chancery; —
and the said commissioners of accounts shall, in all. cases,
return with their accounts affidavits subscribed by them as to
the time they were occupied in settling said account.”
2. This act shall be in force from its passage. C
