Chap. 242.—An ACT to Declare New River, from the County Line be-
tween Giles and Pulaski, to the County Line between Wythe and
Pulaski Counties, a Lawful Fence.

Approved March 2, 1872.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
New river, from the county hne between Giles and Pulaski
counties to the county line between Wythe and Pulaski coun-
ties, be and the same is hereby declared a lawful fence.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
