Chap. 241.—An ACT for the Relief of the Trustess of Sycamore Chureh
Approved March 20, 1872.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be and he is hereby authorized and required
to issue his warrant on the public treasury, in favor of the
trustees of Sycamore church, for the sum of three hundred
dollars, to be paid out of any money therein not otherwise
appropriated; that being the amount paid by said trustees for
rent of a house of worship in leu of that sold and surren-
dered to the state, to the use of which they are entitled by
their contract.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
