Chap. 216.—An ACT for the Relief of Ruth Clendeniny.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be and he is hereby authorized and required
to issue his warrant on the treasury, payable out of any money
therein not otherwise appropriated, in favor of Ruth Clenden.

and thirty cents, that being the amount of taxes for the years
eighteen hundred and sixty-five, sixty-six, sixty-seven, sixty-
eight, and sixty-nine, on a certam tract of land in the county
of Loudoun, which were erroneously assessed against the said
Ruth Clendenmg, and which were paid by her ito the treasury
of the commonwealth.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
