gical Seminary and High School in Virginia the Parish Legister of
York County from 1648 to 1800.

Approved March 18, 1872.

Resolved by the house of delegates (the senate concurring),
That the clerk of York county be authorized to deliver to “the
trustees of the Protestant Episcopal Theological Seminary and
High School in Virginia,” the register of the parish of York
from sixteen hundred and forty-eight to the year eighteen hun-
dred, for preservation and safe-keeping in the library of said
institution. ]
