Chap. 158.—An ACT to Authorize the Trustees of the Lutheran Church
at Woodstock, Shenandoah County, to Sell the Parsonage belonging to
said Chureh, and to Apply the Proceeds thereof to the Erection of an-
other Building, to be used as a Parsonage fur said Church.
Approved March 11, 1872.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be lawful for Benjamin Hurman, Newson Wiseman and
Curtis Nebb, trustees of the Lutheran church in the town of
Woodstock, Shenandoah county, and their successors, to sell
at such time and upon such terms as they may deem expedient,
the biildings and appurtenances, together with the lot upon
which it is situated, and known as the parsonage belonging to
said church, and with the proceeds of said sale to bud and
erect on the lot in said town upon which said church 1s situ-
ated, another house, to be used and controlled by the said
church for a parsonave; aud it shall be lawful for the trustees
aforesaid, or their successors, when the said lot and parsonage
shall have been sold and the purchase money paid according
to the terms of sale, to convey to the purchaser thercof all the
right and title vested in them as trustees aforesaid.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
